Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchange

You may exchange the item(s) within 10 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- The shoes are unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is presented for all returns.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for an exchange.
- Clearance items may not be eligible for an exchange and refund.
For exchanges due to sizing issues, wrong item received, defective or damaged Item, please go to our returns and exchange portal https://uggies.com.au/a/Uggies-return , or contact our customer service team at sales@uggies.com.au. We’ll assist you in finding the right size or style and provide guidance on the exchange process.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost (if applicable) and the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund
We have a strict no-refund policy. Exceptions may apply in cases of damaged or defective items upon receipt. Please contact our support team within 7 days if you receive a faulty item, and we will assist you with a resolution. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via text or email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the return will be processes, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, excluding shipping cost and subject to a $5 restocking/return handling fee ($5 fee will not be applied to refunds to a store credit).
*Refunds will have the initial cost of shipping of $13.90 deducted for standard items and $25.90 for bulky items, from the refund amount.
In-store Exchanges
Items purchased from www.uggies.com.au can also be exchanged at our Sydney warehouse. Please bring the original receipt or order confirmation for in-store exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like clearance items and gift cards.
